Fiance'e visa

I am a Fianc'ee of a British citizen, i have appeared for graduation in Bachelors of commerce this year from Mumbai University, is it compulsory for me to appear for the language test required for Fiance' visa ? Please Help....

My results are yet to be declared...will my passing certificate be sufficient for the Fianc'e visa application ?

can my Fianc'e pay the visa fees through his uk credit card?

i appreciate your help...
