company stamp and electronic bank statement

My company does not have a company stamp so I have gotten the accountant to write a letter stating that the payslips are genuine and that the company does not have an official stamp. He also signed each payslip, will this be sufficient?

Also, I have gotten the bank to stamp each page of my electronic bank statement. Not all my electronic statements have my address on them. There are no signatures on each page. Is this ok?

as long as you have signed payslips + letter from the accounts, you will be fine.
