Hi,

I am here in on Tier2 ICT and my new employer applied for Tier2 Visa before April6 Deadline and i didnt not resign from my current Company since i was waiting for the new visa pplication outcome. I got the visa on 22 May ( Visa Start Date 19 th May). on 26 th May i resigned and i am serving my notice period. My question is ,Can i work in old company ( to serve notice period) on my new visa sponsored by my new employer.

Please adivce ASAP

What was the joining date mentioned in the CoS issued by the new employer?
