Hi I am an India passport holder and with a ILR in the UK, which I got last week. Me and my wife tried for H1B previously but I was not lucky to get through the lottery in 2007. My wife got her approval but was issued a 221g when she attended the interview. She eventually withdrew her application as we need the documents as she got a PERMANENT job in UK and she is working for the same company since then (3+yrs).
We both are in permanent employed and have a decent access to funds with a own house in the UK.
My question is having previously tried for a H1B prove to be any problem.
