She is 50, not married, does not have a job in Brazil. She does have some relatives such as brothers and sisters but all very far. Bear in mid that she is already here in the UK.PaperPusher wrote:How old is she? Is she married? Does she work or have a home she owns? Does she have relatives in Brazil? If so, who?
If she doesn't meet this requirement:Gimgim wrote:She is 50, not married, does not have a job in Brazil. She does have some relatives such as brothers and sisters but all very far. she is in the UK as a visitor which means that she recently convinced an immigration officer or an entry clearance officer that she had sufficient ties and resources in Brazil so as to show she had an intention of returning there at the end of her visit in the UK. The fact that she is currently in the UK therefore doesn't really help her.Gimgim wrote: Bear in mid that she is already here in the UK.
