I submitted my TIER 1 general reconsideration application to home office on 07.06.11...

could you please inform normally how long it takes to get the reply from home office ...

Reconsideration request (not application) is just that ... a request.

So, don't expect UKBA to respond to a "request" within a time frame you wish they should respond in. It all depends on what UKBA defines as a "reasonable time" to respond to such requests - weeks, months ... eternity?
