Stamp 4 or Stamp 4EUFam?

Hey everyone! I've been living in Ireland since I was 6.. I got Stamp 4! Now I'm 18 and I'm married to a British Citizen. I'm after finishing my Leaving Cert and I'm going to the UK to study in university.. my Stamp 4 is about to expire and I'm supposed to renew in August.. I'm eligible for Stamp 5, but the processing time is a bit long for that, so I thought I might as well renew it and get Stamp 4.. would I be eligible for Stamp 4 EU Fam now that Im married to a UK citizen (hes living in England)
During my studies in the UK, I'll probably be coming back here to see my mom and dad and siblings like every fortnight or something.

Please help

To qualify for Stamp 4EUFam you need to show that your EU spouse is exercising his treaty rights (meaning studying/working) here in Ireland. Him staying in UK will not get you Stamp 4EUFam visa. I suggest get your normal WCATT stamp here in Ireland its taking around eight weeks and for UK you will qualify for spousal visa anyway.

I do not want to apply for WCATT because it takes a while and I need to apply for my student visa in the UK, (which takes up to a month) so would I be able to just apply for Stamp 4 for the third time (it's faster) or would I not be able to?

Yes you can if you want to go for Stamp 4. BTW why are you applying for UK student visa when you are married to a Brit? Better off going for british spousal visa this way you will not pay international fees in UK.

I can't apply for spousal visa, I'm 18 and he's 20 tomorrow, so we're both underage :( But I get to pay home fees, because he's British so thank god, I'm in luck! I'll be on student visa anyways while in the UK during these 3 years because I'm studying BA Honors degree in Birmingham City University so that's fine :)

I was just worried that I mightn't be able to renew my Stamp 4 for the third time since I'm going to be studying in the UK, because I need my residency seeing as I come back here loads and all. Thanks for ur reply by the way :)
