Fiance Visa Query!

I would like some information on my current status as prospective US immigrant. My American fiance has filed petition for me with attorney on 4 May 06 and the K1 was received 6 July 06 and is at present 'pending'. I have made two visits to the States between December 05 and July 06 on a Visa Waiver Program. Can anyone please inform me as to whether my present 'status' will allow me to make a further visit/s to see my fiance before I am invited to attend interview in US embassy London? I understand that there is a delay of four months before my case is up for approval and that UCIS are at present working on March 06 applications... I look forward to your comments, thankyou!

ok, i'm in a similar position to you. my application was received on april 17th 06. since then our application has been delayed by a new law congress bought in. very frustrating.
anyway, i have travelled to the US twice since the application was received and have not had any problems at all getting into the country.
by the way, how did you find out your application is delayed for 4 months?
