Changing from TIER 2 ICT Skills Transfer to Long Term Staff

HI Experts!

I have a query about the possibility to change the visa from Skills Transfer to Long Term Staff. I meet all the requirements for the Long Term Staff visa criteria and I cover all the points for that.

The immigration agency that my company had contacted have made a mistake in the CoS. It is mentioned as Skills Transfer instead of Long Term Staff. Now I got my visa based on Skills Transfer which is valid for 6 months only. I need to know if the visa can now be changed to Long Term Staff. I am presently outside the UK and have not stepped into UK at all yet. Can this change be possible after I enter UK?

The links in the 2nd post do not seem to relate to the question (there is no 245ZF section). So my question again.

According to 245GB(e), does it mean I can or I can't? The wording seems a bit confusing to me.

Any clarity would be great!
