IS IT MANDATORY TO APPLY FATHER VISA IF CHILD UNDER 18?

Post by ssoct98@hotmail.com » Tue Jun 21, 2011 4:49 pm

Dear seniors please advise urgently,My cousin got admission in university and she has a child 7 years old school going,as a mom she is also applying her as her dependent with her main application but someone suggesting she should also apply husband visa as child need to go with parents(both) not only 1 of them unless described,so what is the solution if she want to bring her child with her and husband later?Or any means she has to apply father visa also only for child visa.As University said its a law.

See 319H(f).

Both dependants (spouse/partner and child) should apply at the same time, Upon approval, the child can travel to UK with the Tier 4 migrant and the partner can travel later on.
