do i eligible to apply for ILR

i have got the work permit visa for 1 year (from 25th june 2006 to 24th june 2007) on 25th june 2006 and i came to uk on 1st july 2006,my visa was extended for 3 years till 24th june 2010,
when i applied for extension to my visa in june 2010 my application was returned saying that photos were not clear by the time i got the post of my passports it was 26th june and my visa was expired so i was advised by my employer to travel back to india and apply from there,
so i have travelled back to india and applied from there and i got (tire 2 intra company transfer)visa on 15th july to august 2011.i have travelled back immidiately after i got my passport.

now i want to know that weather i am elegible for ILR.

will the entry clearance in july 2010 effect my ILR,
will it be possible for me to apply to ILR any time or by any procedure,
will the new rules effect anyway.

*does the stay from 24th june to 26th june 2010 treated as illigal,
*does entry clearance in july 2010 cause any problem in applying to ILR.

please help with ur sugestions.
