Is visa required for road transit via France (STAMP 4 EUFAM)

Post by Angel592 » Wed Jun 22, 2011 1:18 pm

My friend is British national living in Ireland and her husband is a non-EU National with Stamp 4 EU Fam. They want to travel from Ireland through France to go to Algeria but she is not sure if her husband needs visa for road transit (he has STAMP 4 EUFAM).

Any replies would be appreciated.

If they are using air france, the flights are from the same terminal, thus no visa required even if didn't have the stamp 4 EUFAM. that's valid for if they are not leaving the airport, even if travelling on C visit visa.

If both husband/wife (EU/Non-EU) are traveling together and in possession of their travel documents and marriage cert then they dont need a visa.
