Post by stary100 » Wed Jun 22, 2011 1:33 pm

Hi Everyone,

What is the implication of human rights if two nationalities(non-EU) got married in UK and also have 3years old daughter born in UK but can not reside in his or her's country because of one country has a security problem having a foreign family and second dont allowed the residency to foreigner.
Are any human rights out there who can help us to be reside in third country like UK and elsewhere ?

I am myself in UK right now but my wife and daughter in her's country

Your views ?
Any good soliciter to speak with ?

Your help much appreciated !

Thanks

You will need to be more specific as to which countries you are referring to.

What is your immigration status in the UK?

I know two families; where the husband is Pakistani and the wife is British (born and raised in the UK) and they live in Karachi without any problems.

What problems do you think your wife and child would have if they lived in Pakistan with you ?
