Civil Judgement and Citizenship

I just like to know is court order is considered as Civil Judgment?

The scenario is that my son had an accident and we filed the claim against the other party on No Win No Fee basis. We were unsuccessful and the court order for the expense payment to the other party. As the case was cover by “After the eventâ€
