Job Switch for a D Type Visa Holder.

Hi All,

I am an Indian national residing in Belgium. I wanted to know if I can switch job between companies with the Type D visa. Will the new company have to get me a new visa or can they hire me on the same visa. I am not sure as my current Visa is my current company sponsored.

Any views, suggestions or comments on this will be really helpful.
