Hi All

I hope any one can help me.I have recently visited UK public inquiry office to extension for my tier 4 visa on ACCA Course.I am left with only 1 paper.I have been turn away from immigration officer saying that he couldnt able to exccess my college status as Platinum/gold provider.
and he has give me an option to withraw file or he has to send that to postal department and would take normal time .I have decided not to processed.I had word with my college and they are platinum provider with very good reputation.I am confused now why i have been turn way.

All i need to know can i go in person again with getting a letter from college or send by post.
