Anyone applied for a visiting visa for ones wife?Help Needed

Hi, my wife is currently 19yrs old and unable to get a spouse visa, as you need to be 21,
has anyone been in this situation and applied for a visit visa for 6months and got it accepted?
Or any other type of visa?
