Tier 2 ICT extension English Language requirement

Hi All,
I would be grateful if anyone can help me.
I'm applying for an extension for my Tier2 ICT, this extension will take me beyond 3 yrs hence the requirement to score points for English language. I've a Bachelors degree B.A. (Insurance) from Delhi University and a letter from my college that the medium of instruction was English. However, on the point based calculator there are no points awarded for English language for Bachelors degree in Arts from University of Delhi. I've to apply for an extension in a week time and I am not really sure what can I do?? Please could anyone help me in this situation?
