Spouse Visa & College Dilemma!

Hi, we are going to apply for FLR (M) spouse visa, i'm studying here but i've just been informed by my college that their License has been suspended by UKBA until further notice, However the college is very strict in terms of attendance, course assignments and has been providing quality education but we don't know why its license got suspended, i'm attending college regularly and passed the exams, we've been told that the college will get its license back in a month, my question is when we file Spouse visa application, will my college license suspension effect Spouse visa Application?
