Tier 2 ICT Dependent Visa Query

Hello All,
I have few questions with respect to Tier 2 ICT Dependent Visa.
My wife has got a Tier 2 ICT and will be travelling sometime next month. She has applied for Dependent visa for my kid who will be travelling along with her.
I am currently working in India and I am planning to join them after 3 months under the Tier 2 ICT dependent visa.
Questions:
1. Is it possible to apply as Dependent when I am working in India if I can show enough supporting fund in my account?
2. Is it possible to apply dependent visa on my own without any letter from my wife company or without any kind of dependent visa processing from my wife company?
3. Is it difficult for a husband to get dependent visa?
