Interactive form for FLR (M) visa application

Post by family visa » Sun Jun 26, 2011 12:28 am

Very confused about the interactive online form, please help.

I completed the Interactive online form for unmarried partner visa application over 1 month ago but haven't posted to UK Boarder Agency. When I tried to upload the form again, I get a message saying 'the form you try to upload is out of date'. What does this mean? Do I need to upload a new form and start over and pay the fee again? I don't think there has been a new version of the application form since May 2011, why does it say it is out of date?

When you're applying for FLR(M) from within the UK using the online form you should book your appointment and then pay. Have you booked the appointment? This is assuming your partner will be applying in person.

I don't think that is correct. When I applied using the online interactive form, it actually gave me two options, apply by post or apply in person, I chose to apply by post and paid the fee for post application.

Thanks Casa for your reply. However, I have seen that the payment has been taken from my credit card in the last months statement.

I'm confused as to how this happened if you didn't submit the application form.

Hello everyone ,

I was filling my online interactive FLR/M form for settlement visa as a spouse of a British Citizen, so I downloaded and filled it on my computer but now when I choose the "Continue and Print" option to upload the form back to their website , it says "We have not been able to upload and process your form". The error is 4.2 which says : "Check the results of your form validation"

I have trying this for one week now. And really frustrated as i don't know what is causing this.

Can somebody please help me with this ? Also want to ask if anyone knows that the Paper form is still valid or not ?

Look forward to hearing from someone experienced

Cheers
