Post by malikscompany » Sun Jun 19, 2011 4:19 am

hi friends. I want to know that can I apply for the renewal of stamp 4eufam or do I have to apply for permanent resident card. I am still looking for job but didnt have any luck yet and me and my wife are taking JSA. I am just scared that they will refuse my permanent residenct card application because I am on JSA.

  • How long have you been resident in Ireland?
  • When did you get married to your EU national spouse?
  • What have been her activities in the state?
Please give dates.

Key is what the Eu citizen has been doing. Was the Eu citizen actively looking for work and registered with the job centre equivalent the whole time?
