the annual salary depends on how many hours per week you work and your allowances.Amine35Dz wrote:Hi All ,
I found this in sponsorship guidance PDF file :
We will only award points for up to a maximum of 48 hours a week, even if you are working more than this. For example, if you will earn £8 per hour, working 60 hours per week, you must work out your equivalent earnings for a 48 hour week. This would be £19,968 (8x48x52) not £24,960 (8x60x52) so will therefore not be awarded points for appropriate salary.
You should add acceptable allowances to your gross salary to work out the points you can claim.
If you are working more than 48 hours a week, you should work out your equivalent earnings for a 48 hour week as set out above before adding any allowances.
for the job design and development engineers the Minimum rate is £14.40 per hour so could you tell me what is the annual salary aftter adding allowances ?
thank you very much .
the job is for 40 hours a week and without allowances !!!Greenie wrote: the annual salary depends on how many hours per week you work and your allowances.
Greenie wrote:i don't understand - how can you not know what your annual salary is?
£13.95 per hour is below the minimum rate per hour of £14.40 per hour that you referred to from the code of practice so you would not be awarded points for this salary.Amine35Dz wrote:Greenie wrote:i don't understand - how can you not know what your annual salary is?
