Can someone explain these wordings
The job must be paid the minimum salary below, which is derived either from the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) or, where alternative salary data is available, from an alternative code of practice.
Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings: NoOther code of practice: Yes
Sponsors should state the salary that will be paid on achieving NMC registration on the Certificate of Sponsorship, and explain in the free text field what the salary will be before registration. The salary at each stage must be at least equal to the minimum rates below which represent the standard full time hours of 37½ , excluding meal breaks.

What does Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings: No - mean?

I am a staff nurse Band 5 - the minimum salary in COP is Qualified nurse (band 5 or equivalent) £20,710, but my annual salary is £20,250 that is £460 lesser than the required salary. However I earn about £23,000 each year, my last p60 states £23,799.95 so will this be a problem for me?
Can someone shed some light please!

Cannot understand why this post is moved to tier 2 as my question was about my salary difference while applying for ILR - So it is an ILR query as in the title of the thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currently hold a LLR based on work permit!

As long as your employer is okay to certifying that you are paid at the appropriate level and your payslip (at least the most recent one) reflects the same, you'll be fine.
