Help with my eea4 application please

Hi I need to apply for my PR, I'm non-eu and my husband is from Italy, we are living in UK for 5 years. But, my husband hasn't pay the tax for 6 months between 2007/2008 because We were working without contract (jobs like house cleaner and helping with van delivery). My question is, Will this gap be a problem in my application???

As I was told thats if you are not contirbuting to the government by not paying NI you need to have comprehensive insurance so that you are not dependeent on the government. but like in your case i see that he was already working you need to contact tax services and pay all the tax remaining. i hope someone with more knowledge will help you in this forum.
