British PP for British Born Child U18 with Missing Visa Ext.

Post by parvaiz_iqbal » Sat Jul 02, 2011 1:55 am

Hi
I am looking for help on this complicated situation.
I am on Tier 1 (General) with Pakistani Nationality
My Wife is My Dependent with Pakistani Nationality
My Daughter My dependent With Pakistani Nationality (Born in UK 1st June 2009)
Now the Issue is increasing fee of dependents. My daughter was born in UK on 1st of June 2009. I had her UK Birth Certificate and Pakistani Passport.
First Time I applied for her visa with me in August 2009 as Tier 1 (Post Study Work (Dependent)) that was Valid until august 2011, than form January 2010 to January 2011 She was in Pakistan. Out from UK.
In March I applied her visa with me again as Tier 1 (General (Dependent)) that is Valid until March 2013.
In March 2013 I need to extend my Tier 1 (General) Again.
Now I am thinking that I will not apply for my daughter Visa at that time and after my ILR I will go directly for her British Passport.
So my question is, Is there will be any Objection for her Passport at that time, that she don’t have visa for last 3 years.
My intention is that she is not going to travel anywhere in this period, so she will stay here until my ILR and after that I will apply for her Passport.
Or if there is any other best way around, because within last year they increase the Dependent Fee from Nothing to £500 and I am presuming that at next time might be they will do the same fee for Dependent and Main Applicant.
So please advise me on this Issue
Thanks
