Your child will start full time education the September after he turns four...probably next September if he is 3.5 now. If you know where you will be moving to you need to check out the schools in that area by contacting the local authority's education department. If you want a state 'free' school then the application would be made through the local authority (or local council some call it), if you want your child to attend a private school, you would need to approach that school directly. You can look on OFSTED which is the inspection body for all childcare and educational provisions in England. When you search the name of the school on the website (Google it) it will show the latest inspection reports which show how well the school is doing overall.
