New Dependant Form from 4th July 2011

Hi,

I have gone through this form but just to confirm does it include any changes to Tier 1 General Dependant? I think in it are mainly changes for Tier 4 Dependants Maintance? Would anyone disagree?

Also i think English language as a requirment for Tier One General Dependant is matter of time.
