Post by applebean100 » Tue Jul 05, 2011 3:49 pm

Hi Guys,I am on a PSW visa now, and i have a girlfriend from europe, if i get married to her would i be able to stay further in UK, if so for how long. Please advice which category would i be coming in. And, what steps do I need to take.

What is the nationality of your European girlfriend?
Does she live in the UK?
If in UK, what does she do (employed, self-employed, student, etc.)?

You may apply to remain in the UK as a non-EEA family member of an EEA citizen.

Reading Chapter 5 - Residence card applications should help.

Moving topic to the relevant forum, where you should be able to receive more detailed responses.
