Proof of residence query

Hi

I am on Tier 1 General, I would need to apply dependant visa for my wife.. What i want to know is what is required as proof as residence,

Tenancy agreement and ??

Also, is there any time limit like for how long i have been in that property ?
does that makes any difference if that tenancy agreement is 1 month old ?

Hi

Tenancy agreement is optional. If you have you can attached. for proof if Ur bank statement have your home address you can show that. But its good to show tenancy agreement.

In my case today my family got the dependent visa from Delhi. I have attached the tenancy agreement. As I am in shared accommodation in 4 rooms flat in UK. in which 3 room occupied. I have show One more room book for the family. I have taken the NOC from my land lord for he has no problem if my family will join me. & it’s not overcrowded.

It’s good to attach if not then also OK.

Thanks for your prompt reply, so as far as i understand then there is no minimum time limit for which you have stayed in that property?
