Legacy case

Post by Mamawatoi » Wed Jul 06, 2011 11:01 am

Hi,
I have 2 British children and my case is in the legacy.I sent the childrens passports, their birth certificates and our passport photos in February this year to a C Perry at the Croydon address.I have never received an acknowledgement to say if they received them.I sent them recorded delivery and when i tracked them it indicated that they had been delivered.
I then wrote emails asking about my case and they asked me for the recorded delivery number which i provided.I then got an automated email to say that email enquiries are no longer answered.
I got very frustrated and didnt know what to do.does that mean that they have lost the documents? Is my case still in the legacy queue?
Is there a possibility of them deporting me?
please help am desperate!
