Archived PBS guidance

When the UKBA issues new PBS Policy Guidance, the old guidance usually vanished from the website. This can be frustrating if you need to refer to it in an appeal.

However, you can find some of the old guidance through the National Archives website, if the UKBA site was archived at a relevant time.

The A to Z list of departmental site is here:

Select UK Border Agency to see when the site was archived and get links to the archived site.

This is of great help. However, I was looking for the policy guidance for HSMP in April 2007. The link is broken....

Even then, this is an excellent help for all of us....

Yes, unfortunately I expect it's not all there, but it's the only place I've found so far.

I did have a policy of printing off every change as it was published, but I was off work on maternity leave while about 3 changes went through! Now I've returned to a big gap in my files.
