Hi everyone,
I am currently near to reaply for a spouse visa and I have some questions and would appreciate all help I can get:
1. I aplied before and got denied because of "non sufficient funds to support ourselves"; the reason was my husband was living with me in my born country so he wasn't working not here, not in the UK and he spent a year without working so my incomes in my country weren't enough to support ourselves as I didn't have any significant savings and his parents were our co-sponsors and my mother in law is not able to work so she gets part benefit for her condition, my father in law is getting help too cuz he has to take care of my mother in law so, wasn't enough money for the ECO.
2. My husband left to UK almost 4 months ago, and he found a job straight away when he got there, he's been working for the last 3.5 months and got a job contract, good incomes sufficient for both of us, we have accommodation cuz we will live with his parents who are the full owner of a 3 bedroom house so, we have plenty of space. Pretty much we covered the financial issue which it was the problem. So now I am worried about the fact that I had that denial, is it going to be a problem for my reaplying process to have another one before denied even if I covered the reason?
3. Do you think my denial before will delay the answer of this new aplication?
4. Do you see something else I am missing?
Thanks for all the help you can give me.
