Hi,
Husband n me applied for tier 2 ICT on 09/06/2011 and today in mail we received a refusal letter, the reason being the pay slips for the last 12 months were from march 2010 till April 2011 and they need the payslips till may/june to prove that my husband was working for them till twelve months before the date of application. problem here is that husband receives all the pay slips after 10th so couldn't provide them with the latest one however there was a letter by company dated 03/06/11 stating that they validate the payslips provided and that he is working with them.
Now my question is, we are planning to apply the second time around, can any of you please provide all the possible documents they might require and what are the chances of approvel the second time ?

Payslips
Sponsarship certificate
maintainance letter for both husband and me
'Application for UK Entry Clearance' for both of us
'Points Based System Appendix stating the salary n all
Offer letter
2 photographs each
Original Marriage certificate
