Retaining the right of residence divorce

hi i am going to file retaining the right of residence the problem is my husband was German and he had filed divorce petition in Germany so i have German divorce decree , but i have her proof of earning in UK .will German divorce decree make any problem like may HO think that he was not here in UK exercising treaty right while divorce proceeding.thanks

If he was not in uk,how he got uk earning

If he was not in uk,how he got uk earning
And if he was out for a short break then it should not be a problem
