NHS medical exemption cert. for spouse subject to imm ctrl

Hi,
I am Brit Citizen but my spouse is on spouse visa and is subject to immigration control. few months backI applied for Tax credits in joint names. I actually mentioned in the form that my spouse is subject to immigration control. As per my understanding there is no effect on spouse's application for ILR as I am the claimant. Today, I received two NHS medical exemption cards one in my name and the other in my spouse's name. Will it effect my spouse's ILR application in future? I shall be thankful if some senior member comments.

The Department for Health has its own rules on whether or not people who are not ordinarily resident in the UK can receive free NHS treatment. NHS treatment does not count as public funds for the purposes of the Immigration Rules whether it is paid or unpaid.
