T1 Ext Approved - Gave Biometric on 20th June

Hi All,

It gives me immensue pleasure to share that today noon I received my ( along with 2 dependents ) approval letter . We gave the biometric on 20th June via Croydon Office.

Application send on : 14th May
Biometric Gave : 20th June
Approval Letter received : 8th July

I was worried about age points since in initial I claimed and awarded 10 and this time I claimed 20 and actually got 20 as I was 27.6 during initial application hence , claimed and received 20 points this time , category as 28 Years and Under.

I just wanted to thank all the people for help and timely advises .

I applied via UK and gave following documents :

Tier 1 Main Applicant

1. Application Form
2. Passport
3. 2 Photographs
4. Qualification - No documents as previously sent
5. Previous Earnings: Last 12 Payslips, 12 Bank Statements, Letter from employer
6. English Language - No documents as previously satisfied
7. Maintenance Funds: Last 3 months bank statements same as supplied for previous earnings + Bank letter stating that I maintain min amount as GBP 3000 for last 100 days starting from 21 Jan - 30th April


Tier 1 Dependant 1 (Wife)

1. Application Form
2. Passport
3. 2 Photographs
4. Marriage Certificate ( Original)

Tier 1 Dependant 2 (Baby Boy)

1. Application Form
2. Passport
3. 2 Photographs
4. Birth Certificate


Both the dependents maintenence fund was proved by my account : amount was : 800 + 533 + 533 = GBP 1866

Congrats. My case is exactly same as yours except the age aspects. I presented the same documents for me and my two dependants.

I have applied on 24th June and my biometric is going to be on 11th July. I am just hoping everything should be smooth and I should get my visa in the same way as yours, since my case is pretty straightforward.
