Tier-2 Extension

Hi All,

I have a query regarding the extension of my Tier-2 Intra Company Transfer Visa. My current visa is from March 2010 to Sep 2011(1.5 years).

Now I am planning to apply for extending it for another 2 years with the same company.

So this will take the total years above 3 years. So do i need to provide proof of English Language? Or is it applicable only when the extension period is over 3 years?
