Turkish embassy and immigration status document

Hello,
Please I just wants to find out if Turkish embassy in London will accept immigration status document plus my passport to apply for a visiting visa. My permanent resident was issued on immigration status document separate from my passport. Will they accept this cos I know some embassy are funny about it. Any comment welcome.
