HI, I have a friend in Turkey who has a Russian passport and had just had her application for a 6 month Student visitor VISA rejected on the grounds that the UKBA or representitives do not think that her application is genuine.
The only grounds for appeal allowed are facial descrimination or Human Rights issues, I would say neither of these apply.
Does anyone have any advice on where we can go from here? Is it possible to apply for another type of VISA such as General Visitor or Marriage VISA following a rejection such as this?
