ILR dependent incountry

Hi,

My ILR is due in few days time. My husband is currently in UK on work permit sponsored by his company. Is there a way that he can switch to dependent visa without leaving UK after my ILR.

( I am currently here on HSMP. I was told by UKBA that while i am on HSMP he can not switch without leaving the country. He has to leave the country and apply for new entry clearance from his country of residence). Does the situation change after ILR.

He may switch to FLR(M) after you're granted ILR.
