Mismatch in Salaries in Tier 2 (ICT) approval letter

Hi All,

There is a mismatch in my salary and the salary mentioned in the Tier 2 (ICT) approval letter. The salary mentioned in the Tier 2 (ICT) approval letter is more than what I get, but my actual salary is more the COP.

Will that be a problem?

Is there any other option if the employer refuses to give the reference letter?

Please post your suggestions on the above questions as I have to apply for the ILR soon.
