austria visa very urgent help need.

hi there. i am from India . aged 24. i am in very confusing condition and not know what to do.hoping here anyone can give advice here.my wife is Austrian citizenship.i was met online with my wife like 2 years back then in 2009 November she was visit India to meet me.then she was stay here 20days.then she came back India again like march 2010 India and stayed here like almost 4months.then she was go back Austria.after this i was took visa for Georgia in october2010 and was go there on tourist visa.after 15 or 20dasy she was came there in Georgia also and we was stay there till january2011.in this shew as fly 1-2 times to Austria also from Georgia.in Georgia 13 December we was got married in civil ministry and was got apostle also.in January 2011 we was came back i was came India she was go Austria.
now she was gave birth to kid and i have 2moths kid also in Austria.but my wife had heart cancer and now even most recently developed medicine for heart cancer also not working for her.she is in much need me there is Austria.we was planned before to apply for permanent residency that she apply in ma35 there and i apply in Austria embassy but it will take even after apply almost 10months.its too long time.now she need me much.she living alone there with kid.so she need me much there.but now i not know how and what i can apply that i reach Austria fast and be with them.
if i apply for tourist visa its not sure that i will get cos its i listen in tourist visa 50-50chnaces always.i not want make any refusal on passport and sit after this for anytime at home.i had listen that if i apply means she sponsor me then in embassy Austria in India they will ask me that i am her husband then why i applying tourist visa why not family visa .i had listen that
in tourist visa if i apply then it need to show money in bank account here and statements and all that i cant.i listen its just get who are aged less aged or younger like me they not give visa cos they think they will not come back India again.i listen in visitor visa they look if i am working anywhere and they need letter from company approved leaves.but i am not working i was came from Georgia and i am with family at just home so i am unemployed it will not make any difference ?i not know if this all is true or not but all think like this that tourist visa is not easy to get and always in this very less chances to get this type visa.now i want that i can get with my wife and kid fast together that i can take care of them there but i not know how i can do by which type visa.hope anyone can tell me here how i can do and what i need documents for this sorry i try to write here all my situation in words i know its not very good blog sorry ..............i hope to get really help here soon thanks........

Your problem with a "tourist" visa, a Schengen visa type C actually, is that sufficient funds, travel insurance and intent to return must be demonstrated. The latter could be a problem (and often is) because the marriage could be interpreted as no intent to leave again. You also do not seem to have enough money so someone else in Austria would have to guarantee for you.

I would suggest to post your question here (you can post in English) to receive a qualified answer.

thanks for reply.i want tell here i cant show here in India bank accounts and statements cos i not have much good.and i am at the moment unemployed so cant show leave accepted letter from company or school college.but like travel insurance health insurance i can buy sure.and about supportive fund my wife can show in Austria money but can you tell how much need to show for tourist visa?
