Tier1 General Dependent Visa refused - Urgent Pls

Hi,

I applied Tier1 General Dependent visa for my wife and it got rejected after 2 months the reason they gave us is "False Document submitted by me".

I have got those 3 months statement from Santander bank branch. The managers gave me the 3 months printout with their letterhead and he sealed on to it. After the refusal i have compared those branch printed documents and paper statements i come to know there is difference in processing date in submitted statement.

Its a mistake from santander bank. I come to know for the past couple of months they got seriuos of issues with printing and statement. I have spoke to bank manager he confirmed that there is an error in the statement. I have requested the bank letter which i submitted documents are geniune.

Planning to go appeal against this because i havent submitted any false or fake documents its clear that problem with santander bank.

I consulted with the solicitor he said that all PBS will have restricted right to appeal.

But in my case they havent mentioned about anything about restricted right to appeal. Following link shows "dependant categories (including PBS dependants)" got full right to appeals

the solicitor is wrong, you are right. PBS dependent applications are not applications under the PBS and are not subject to a restricted right of appeal. (In any case, even in a PBS appeal you can provide additional evidence to show that a document you provided is genuine. )

Appeal and provide the evidence from the bank to show that the documents you provided were genuine.

Suggest you also complain about the poor advice you have been given.

You have identified the problem- the bank statements. The bank has issued you a letter to prove that the statements are genuine.

Thats all you need bro. Keep it simple.
