How soon can we apply for ILR?

my non-British wife has been in the UK for 13 months and is on a spouse settlement visa with a 2 year validity.

when can we begin the application for her ILR?

What date did she first enter the UK on her spouse visa? What date does the visa expire?

she entered June 20th 2010. the visa expires 20/07/2012

Earliest she can apply is 28 days before 20th June 2012 (exact date should be around 24/25 May).
