1year spouse residenc permitt netherlands&study in Germa

My husband is a non EU citizen and currently get a permanent contract for working in Netherlands. Now I join him and first I get one year residence permit before getting longer residence permitt next year. i heard that this will be a probation/trial period, where the immigration will check on me before deciding to give longer residence permitt. However I have plan to study in Germany to get a degree for working in NL during this period. Will it bring some problem for my next residence permitt extension if half of my one year period will be spent in Germany?
