Family Visit Visa HELP!

Hi Guys

I have been looking all over internet for some help and guidance and till i came across this forum :D

My cousin and his family want to visit UK for holidays they want to come here for around 2 weeks from Pakistan.

I was told that i need to write a sponsor letter? Can some one tell me what do i need to write in that letter and what documents do i need? Do i send the letter to UK border agency once completed?

This is the first time i am doing any help and guidance would be appreciated

Hi Sohaib

You would need to write a sponsorship letter and send it to your family who will need to submit that letter along heir along with the application. Also you would need to send your passport and visa copy to them.

in the visa letter you would need to state that

To Dated : 5- Aug -2010
The British Deputy High Commission



Sub: Request for visiting visa for my (parents/brother)

Dear Sir/Madam

I (your name) residing at (your address) request you to grant visa to my brother/family (their name) residing at (their address) to visit us in United Kingdom on Visiting Visa starting from (month in which they are coming)

The purpose of the visit is social as well as tourism within UK during his visit he will stay with me at the above address and I will bear all his expenses including the round trip airfare to UK, food, housing, travel within UK and bear all other personal expenses.

I will make sure that he will leave United Kingdom before the expiration of his authorized stay.

Kindly grant Visiting Visa for (name of the family member)

Please do not hesitate to contact me via telephone or e-mail if you have any queries.
