Safe Access Report

Post by abc111 » Fri Jul 22, 2011 9:29 am

Hi,

Has anyone any idea about Safe Access Report that could be obtained from HO on request.

Is there any use in obtaining this?
Is there any harm in getting it?
Where could it be used?.....

Cheers

An individual is entitled to exercise their rights to obtain information that is held about them under the Data Protection Act 1998. This process is known as a subject access request. This is not a criminal records check, it is intended for you to see what details the ukba systems hold about you.

A subject access request is an individual's right of access to verify the information held about them on ukba computers.

why do you want it? If you don't need it then there is no need to request it.
