OVERSTAYER AND MARRIED

Hi,

i am wondering if someone can help me i have recently got married in March to my oartner who i have been with for 5 years. We have been living together for 4 years. He has overstayed in this country for 2 years september. we would like to sort out his status so it is easier for him to get a job and travel freely as a married couple. His grandmother fell ill in this country and then we were too scared to get help thinking that he would get sent back to jamaica. I need to know where do i start to get the application process started to get him his status. Someone please help us.

i was in the same position read my posts, I rerturned to my home country and applied from there.
