Background
Family of four, A couple ( both above 18) with wife subject to immigration control, Husband Brit Citizen, Two Kids aged 3 and 7 both subject to immigration control.
My qustion

1) How much Jobseekers allowance - income based they can get? will they be given rates of a couple or just a single rate will be given coz wife is subject to immigration control. will they be getting dependent child element as well? is it fix or depends upon the number of children?
2) will they be getting any child tax credit as well in addition to the above benefit?

Husband is Brit citizen age 38, wife is 37 on spouse visa, both children are 3 and 8 yrs old. wife and both children have no recourse to public funds.
